Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Navigator (the "Service"), operated by Eden Foundry Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17353098) at 2 Eden Heights, Culgaith, CA10 1QT. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What AI Navigator is

AI Navigator generates personalised, AI-written reports identifying AI opportunities for your business, plain-English guidance, and (on paid plans) interactive guidance and ready-to-use draft materials via our AI assistant, Nerys.

2. Important — the nature of our advice

AI Navigator provides general informational guidance only. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or technical advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Reports and Nerys's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation, tool, or cost estimate before acting on it, and for seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, saving, or result.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

4. Plans, payment and credits

The Service offers a free tier and paid options (a one-time Business Report and a Pro subscription), plus one-time purchases (extra report credits, focus re-runs, Nerys-credit top-ups). Prices are shown at checkout. Paid features are subject to the usage allowances described in the app. Payment, refunds, and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer or scrape it; upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to share; upload others' personal data without a lawful basis; or use outputs to build a competing service. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us a licence to process them to provide the Service (see Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.

7. Our content

The Service, including report formatting, software, and the Nerys persona, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use your reports and generated materials for your own business purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated guidance; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
