Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when buying from AI Navigator (Eden Foundry Ltd, 2 Eden Heights, Culgaith, CA10 1QT). It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Your statutory right to cancel (cooling-off)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content or services for a refund.
2. Immediate access and waiver
Our reports and digital features are delivered immediately. So that you can use them straight away, at checkout we ask you to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel once the digital content has been delivered (for one-time purchases) or to the extent a service has been fully performed. If you do not agree to immediate delivery, your 14-day right is preserved but you won't be able to access the report until then.
3. One-time purchases (Business Report, extra report credits, focus re-runs, Nerys-credit top-ups)
Because these are delivered immediately and you consent to that at checkout, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something didn't generate or work as described, contact us (section 6).
4. Pro subscription
- You can cancel anytime from your account or the billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- We don't generally refund part-used periods, except where required by law.
- Renewals are charged automatically until you cancel.
5. If something goes wrong
Nothing here affects your legal rights. If a paid feature is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, re-supply, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
